Before Submitting Your Ticket, please go through our FAQ support forum on the right side of your screen (You can search for answers by using the search box) If you don't find the answer you are looking for in our frequently asked questions, then feel free to submit a ticket.
To Submit Your Ticket (Recommended for faster response), all you need to do is click the "Submit Your Request" button above, and enter your information. Note: Please be as specific as possible in your description so we can better serve you. Please include Your Full Name and Your Username if you have one.
If you would prefer to give us a call and leave a message, please dial 1.800.347.1865 and clearly state your full name, phone number, email address, username, and a brief description of the issues you are concerned with. One of our support team members will get back to you promptly via creating a ticket and sending you an email.
Upon response by one of our support team members, an email will be sent to you notifying you that a response has been given. You can simply reply to the ticket via email, or log back in to view the response given.
